📜Player Reports Policy
This policy is to outline basic reporting etiquette and standards when reporting an individual, or a gang enterprise.
Report Submissions:
Reports may be submitted in-city or by opening a Ticket in the FiveStar RP Discord. All reports must include valid evidence supporting the claim. Any submission that fails to meet the requirements below will be marked invalid until corrected.
Evidence Requirements
Clips must be 1–2 minutes long and include in-game audio.
Reports must be filed within 24 hours of the incident or they become void.
If you are breaking a rule within your own clip while attempting to report someone else, your report is automatically invalid.
No revenge reporting under any circumstances.
Report Scope
Only submit reports for violations listed on this page. Tickets unrelated to rule breaks, or based on personal belief not supported by the rule set, will be instantly denied and closed.
Submission Methods

Additional Clip Rules
If you have the Clip Watch role and achieve 2–3+ kills, you MUST clip the entire fight.
Cheater Reports require a minimum of 30 seconds of POV from both sides.
When asking for POV during KOTH, redzones (e.g. Opium), or gang fights, the request must be made in-city and must include the player’s server ID.
If you cannot provide POV when requested, you will be conserved, with increasing severity for repeated failure.
Anti-Cheat Enforcement
If a gang member is banned for cheating, the gang receives 2 strikes.
The banned player must purchase a Cheater Unban and provide proof of a factory reset.
Cheaters are assigned a MUST STREAM role and must record gameplay using approved software for all future sessions.
A second cheating ban results in a permanent blacklist from the server.
